Our 27 stylishly furnished single apartments, ranging from 31 to 39 square metres in living space, are the perfect choice for discerning temporary living. Large glass walls and private terraces let in plenty of natural light and create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment offers thoughtfully designed comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, ample storage space, and high-quality interior finishes ensure that you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. The building also offers free washing machines and dryers, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee—for an all-around pleasant living experience.

Since January 2024, we’ve been offering you not just a place to stay, but a true temporary home—whether for a weekend, several months, or an entire year. Our stylishly furnished serviced apartments feature high-quality design, light-filled rooms, and sustainable materials—perfect for those with high standards for comfort and privacy. Thanks to well-thought-out services, a strong focus on environmental friendliness (Greensign-certified!), and the feeling of always being welcome, settling in and feeling at home with us is especially easy—just move in and relax.



On-site fees: A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available between midnight and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are picked up at a key kiosk. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Additional fees: Car park: 20.00 EUR per day
