After about 500 metres, you’ll reach the charming promenade, Germany’s longest pier, and the magnificent Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafés, various shopping and entertainment options, as well as all the amenities of a beautiful holiday destination, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This exclusive and spacious 3-room apartment, measuring 115 square metres, is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by lift. The modernly furnished apartment is suitable for 4 people. The large, open, and bright living room is tastefully furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture and offers guests a cosy seating area and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing. You can enjoy your holiday reading in a separate reading chair by the window. The dining table for 6 people is also integrated into the living room and is perfect for sharing meals together. The modern open-concept kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The south-facing balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and invites guests to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. Here, you’ll always find a spot sheltered from the wind or bathed in sunshine. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. A second TV is available in one of the two bedrooms. The floors in the living room and bedrooms are covered with real wood parquet. The spacious and modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower made of real glass and a sink/toilet. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a guest bathroom with a sink.
