The townhouses are newly built and border directly on the old Seepark Bansin holiday apartment complex. A shopping centre, several bistros, a hair salon, and much more are all in the immediate vicinity. A short walk takes you to city centre, the beach, and the Bansin pier.

This wonderfully sunny duplex apartment, with its 78 square metres of space, offers 2–4 people every comfort for a relaxing holiday. The lower level features a spacious, bright living area. The cosy sofa corner faces the southeast-facing windows. A TV and radio are, of course, provided. From here, guests also have access to the quiet balcony, which overlooks greenery and promises relaxing hours in the sun. The dining area for 4 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc., are also integrated into the living area. The dining area and kitchen also offer a view of the outdoors. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is also located on the lower level. A comfortable staircase from the hallway leads to the penthouse on the upper level, which serves as a living/sleeping area and offers a panoramic view. A sofa set with a second TV and radio invites you to relax or unwind. The bright, beautiful room is ideal for reading. The couch and a single daybed can be used for sleeping. A parking space and a bike shed are located right outside the front door.
