The lovingly renovated "Mailin" seaside villa at Seestraße 36 in Heringsdorf is located in the heart of town. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Heringsdorf pier and the beach. The villa offers cosy holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people. All apartments feature well-maintained furnishings.

This approximately 57-square-meter 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor (attic level) and is suitable for 3 to 4 people. In the cosy living room, guests will find a sofa bed (1.25 x 2.00 m) as well as a TV and radio. The open-concept fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, etc.—is also integrated into the living room. Meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table in the bright, sunny, enclosed loggia (the windows can be opened). The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space; the small bedroom features a daybed (90 x 200). The en suite bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
A parking space is available in the car park approximately 150 m from Villa Mailin.
