The vacation apartment is idyllically situated right on the edge of the forest in one of Saxony's highest towns, close to the border with the Czech Republic. Surrounded by dense forests and peaceful nature, it is an ideal starting point for active vacationers, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet alike.
Johanngeorgenstadt is a traditional spa town in the Westerzgebirge mountains, which offers numerous leisure activities in both summer and winter:
Hiking trails and cycle routes start right by the house, and in winter you will find cross-country ski trails, ski routes and toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity. The border crossing to the Czech Republic is only a few minutes' drive away.
Also worth seeing are the Fichtelberg, Auersberg, show mines, visitor mines and museums.
