Small, cosy terraced house "Alla Corte del Pescatore", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In the district of Tavernola 4 km from the centre of Como, 52 km from the centre of Milano, in the residential district, 300 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 50 m. Supermarket 270 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Lido Villa Olmo-Como" 1.5 km, grass beach "Lido di Cernobbio" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Marina 350 m. Nearby attractions: Cernobbio, Villa Erba, Como, Brunate, Orrido di Nesso, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Monte Bisbino-Cernobbio. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
