Spacious 2-room holiday home in the Klingberg district of Scharbeutz with 40 m² of living space for up to 3 people —ideally located on the edge of a large forest area near Lake Pönitz.

This charming townhouse features a cosy living area spread across the ground floor and ground floor. Lovingly crafted details such as nostalgic lattice windows, exposed wooden beams, and a warm wooden ceiling create a cosy atmosphere. A TV and a radio provide entertainment. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. Two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor) provide a peaceful retreat for restful nights.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom on the ground floor features a shower with a shower pan and a toilet. For families, both a travel cot and a high chair are available.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike storage area is available for any bicycles you bring with you. Wi-Fi is included.
