The main space combines the function of a bedroom with a fold-out bed and a work area with a comfortable desk. Here you also have a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood of Grunwald, which is well connected to the rest of the city. Within walking distance you will find bus and streetcar stops, as well as stores and services. If you are looking for a moment of relaxation in the fresh air, Manitius Park awaits you just 600 meters away. This is a good location for both business and tourist stays.
