Our 4-room "Ostseeblick" holiday apartment in Scharbeutz offers plenty of comfort and space for families with up to 6 adults and 1 toddler (ages 0–3). The 85-square-meter holiday apartment, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, features 1 large living room with a dining area overlooking the Baltic Sea, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 kitchen, 2 balconies with ocean views and evening sun, Wi-Fi, and more. A parking space and a spacious bike garage are located right next to the building. Additionally, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the laundry room in the basement. From the first balcony and the living room, you can look out over the pedestrian zone directly towards the beach and the Scharbeutz pier. From the second balcony, you’ll look out towards the sunny west, towards the spa park, where you can enjoy the evening sun in peace. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of the pedestrian zone at the Scharbeutz beach centre. Here you’ll find restaurants, cafés, shops, playgrounds, the spa park, and much more. Scharbeutz offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. The fine sandy beach invites you to relax and sunbathe, while the fresh sea breeze ensures a restful experience. Numerous biking and hiking trails offer the chance to explore the surrounding area. Welcome to our beautiful Meetz Beach House. The house is located right in the centre, just 25 metres from the fine, white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, diagonally across from the newly built pier. In the 4 holiday apartments (for 1–7 people), we offer our guests everything they need for a relaxing holiday. Parking spaces and a spacious bike garage are located right next to the house. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement laundry room.
