This charming vacation apartment, located on the first floor of the "Berolina" building, offers a comfortable stay for up to 2 guests within its 38 m² space. The living area features a TV and a sofa corner, and includes an integrated sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm with a topper) and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is an dining table with two chairs and a kitchenette equipped with an oven and a two-burner ceramic cooktop. The bathroom provides a shower and WC.

Guests can enjoy access to the on-site swimming pool, measuring 15 m by 8 m with a depth of 1.20 m, intended exclusively for guests and owners of Berolina. Common washing facilities with a washing machine and dryer are located in House D. A balcony is accessible for smokers. Two designated parking spaces are available for guests.

Exclusive to guests and owners of Berolina, a hauseigenes swimming pool (15m x 8m x 1.20m) and a separate children's pool provide an inviting spot for leisure, along with table tennis and dart facilities. Beach enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby 6.5 km sandy beach and the vibrant local area, featuring diverse restaurants, cafés, and outdoor sports facilities.

Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony, and for those bringing bicycles, secure storage is available. The pool will be closed from KW 01 to KW 11 in 2027.

The Berolina 119 apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a living area with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Dogs are welcome for a fee. Parking space is available after key handover, required by 10:00 AM on departure day.

A maximum of 1 pets are allowed.
