The spacious living room is perfect for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large worktop and a table for 8 to 10 people.



Wi-Fi and TV channels are included. A games room is available for both children and adults. Thanks to ground-level access, you can enjoy the private garden and open terrace—ideal for outdoor meals (barbecue) and relaxing in a peaceful setting.



The house is located on the Saint James’ Way, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin and the Green Venice, perfect for a countryside holiday: picnics, swimming, castle visits, hiking, and cycling. You are about an hour from Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, and Futuroscope for day trips.
