Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current notice: From late May through mid-August 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.

A cosy, well-appointed 2-room holiday apartment right on the Steiner Waterkant, directly by the sea. It accommodates up to 2 people.

From the hallway, you enter the living room, decorated in warm colours, which features a modern and well-maintained kitchenette. The kitchenette is tastefully separated from the living room by a counter. The TV receives HD channels exclusively via DVBT-2 (public and private channels in HD). The dining area is conveniently located near the kitchen, and from here you can already enjoy an unobstructed view of the typical dune landscape and the sea.
The sofa area invites you to relax during the cooler months. From here, you can also experience and enjoy the Nordic landscape, the crashing waves, and the seagulls in the sky—perhaps with a good book and a glass of fine wine. From the balcony, you can look to the left towards the Kiel Fjord and to the right out onto the open Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There’s plenty of space for your clothes in the three-door closet. A bright bathroom is perfect for warming up and relaxing after a walk on the beach.

A parking space behind the apartment building is reserved for you.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

The town of Stein, the quieter, smaller sister town of Laboe. This small town offers everything that makes the Baltic Sea special—and is still exempt from the visitor’s tax. The fishing boats sell their catch right off the boat, and a hiking trail leads you through the beautiful Probstei region. Laboe is also easily accessible on foot, and you can set out on kilometres of bike paths—not just along the Baltic Sea—directly from the holiday rental. Here, you can unwind and still enjoy a warm, tasteful atmosphere. During the summer months, the popular beach chairs are available for rent. Watching the sunset from there is an unforgettable experience.
