With a living area of approximately 105 m², the charming Gandalf holiday rental offers plenty of space on two levels for up to 8 people—ideal for families, friends, or multigenerational holidays.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms: The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features a practical bunk bed and two single beds—perfect for children or teenagers.
A real highlight is the open loft, which is furnished with a cosy French double bed. This light-filled space is affectionately called the “Star Gazing Room”—here, depending on your needs, up to three additional guests can enjoy a charming place to sleep with a fantastic view of the night sky.
The open-concept kitchen-dining area, with a spacious dining area and adjoining living room, is perfect for shared meals, game nights, or relaxing together. In addition to a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate guest bathroom is available—practical and comfortable, especially when the apartment is fully occupied.
Another highlight: The approximately 10 m² southeast-facing balcony offers morning sun and a wonderful view of the greenery—ideal for breakfast outdoors or quiet moments with a book. The well-maintained communal garden is available to all guests and invites you to linger, play, and relax.



Just a two-minute walk from the idyllic Bostalsee in Nohfelden, Haus Auenland awaits you with three high-quality, modern, and lovingly furnished holiday apartments. Each unit is optimally insulated against heat and sound and features an automatic living space ventilation system with dust and pollen filters—ideal for allergy sufferers.
The spacious property features a well-maintained lawn, mature fruit and ornamental trees, a small herb garden, and a stylishly landscaped grass garden. A cosy terrace with natural stone walls and a brick barbecue area invites you to linger and enjoy—perfect for relaxing holiday days surrounded by nature.
For families, a cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request—please simply indicate your needs when booking. Wi-Fi and a parking space are included in the price.
In addition, Haus Auenland offers numerous amenities: a separate bike storage room, a game room with a foosball table and pinball machine, a drying room for hiking, biking, or motorcycle gear, as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are at your disposal.



On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please contact the host one hour before arrival. Bedding: Would you like to sleep in your own bedding (which you must bring), or would you prefer to find the beds freshly made? In this case, we charge €5.00 per person. The municipality of Nohfelden levies a tourism tax of €0.50 per person per night for tourist stays. This is not included in the final price and must be paid separately on site.



Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
