Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gute und umfangreiche Küchenausstattung mit hochwertigen Geräten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin war sehr zuverlässig und angenehm.

Wir waren eine Woche in Hooksiel und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Abends ist es besonders schön, im Schein der Abendsonne auf der Terrasse zu sitzen (sogar in einem Strandkorb!). Fußläufig sind ein Bäcker und ein Restaurant zu erreichen, auch ein Edeka-Markt und eine Tankstelle sind in der Nähe. Für Kinder gibt es auf dem Gelände des Gebäudekomplexes einen kleinen Spielplatz, aber auch ein wunderschöner Wasserspielplatz und eine Indoor-Spielmöglichkeit sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Verwalterin war unkompliziert. Die FeWo ist schön eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier macht Kochen Spaß! Neben einer Kapselmaschine steht auch eine normale Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Zum Strand gelangt man am besten entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto (Parkgebühren beachten!). Ganz in der Nähe des Strandhauses 1 (Verkauf von Fischbrötchen, Pommes, Eis, Getränke) steht ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung, den man während des Aufenthaltes nutzen darf. Das war toll! Danke für die wunderbare Zeit!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Wir suchten eine barrierefreie Wohnung und haben hier genau das gefunden, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wirklich Gemütlich. Alles ebenerdig. Selbst das Bad ist gut mit einem Rollator oder Rollstuhl zu erreichen. Dei Wohnung liegt Zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Schöne moderne Küche. Übergabe sehr Problemlos. Alles sehr sauber.
