Located in Roquefort-des-Corbières, in the heart of the Corbières region, this 51 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people. It offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. You will enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, and a laundry area.



Take advantage of the shared garden and the communal outdoor pool, surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The pool is accessible from early April to late October, depending on the weather. A table tennis table is also available in the shared games room.



Parking is available on site or on the street. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic, and an electric charging station is 50 meters away. Dogs are allowed on request and subject to approval. Music and events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out must be done before 10 a.m.



Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done by you or can be booked for an additional charge. Enjoy wine tastings and purchases nearby, and visit the Sigean African Reserve. The location is ideal between the sea and the Corbières mountains.
