Renting a vineyard house restored with taste, not overlooked, on the road of the Cathar castles in the village of Villesèque des Corbières. Comfort . (wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave) A bathroom with Italian shower upstairs and a bathroom with double sink and bath on the ground floor 3 large bedrooms with double bed and bedding quality and only one room with two single beds. One last room includes a sofa bed. 1 balcony overlooking the Corbières and two pleasant patio terraces. Large living room with open kitchen of more than 40 m2. A large garage of 40 m2 can store your equipment paddle, kite, windsurf, motorcycle, bike, mountain bike. No parking problem. Ideal for large family or two families for 8 people.
The village's grocery store is 200 meters away and also offers breads. Just a step away you will be able to benefit from the bar restaurant "the place of the market". The doctors, nurses, pharmacy but also tennis, find in Durban in 3 minutes of car.
Located in the Corbières 12 minutes from Sigean, 30 minutes from Narbonne, Leucate and 25 minutes from the Palme, Port la Nouvelle.

Ein großes Ferienhaus

Für eine große Gruppe ist das Haus mit seinen vielen gut ausgestatteten Schlafzimmern sicher optimal. Die Betten sind sehr gut, alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Garage ist sehr groß, allerdings ist sie auch mit vielen Dingen voll gestellt. Mehr als ein Auto, oder in unserem Fall der Motorrad-Anhänger passt nicht hinein. Das WiFi ist leider nur im oberen Stockwerk nutzbar, was dem tollen Fernseher im Erdgeschoss leider abwertet, da dieser dann keine Online Angebote bietet. Die kleinere Terasse mit Grill und Plancha ist von der angrenzenden Straße gut einsehbar, die größere Terasse mit Spa ist leider recht schattig.

Belle maison

La maison est grande bien décorée et agréable.nous étions un groupe de 8personnes ,les 2salles de bains étaient les bienvenues! Grâce au poêle à pellets quioffre une chaleur très agréable la pièce principale devient très cocooning Le village est très calme et notre réveillon a été formidable Un tout petit bémol vraiment petit :un grand rideau pourrait séparer l entree du salon:la chaleur monte dans les étages Merci à ANais qui nous a accueillis très gentiment Nous recommandons cette maison ou 8 personnes peuvent largement circuler La propriétaire est facile à joindre et répond à toutes les questions La propreté est irréprochable !

Séjour parfait....

Tout était fantastique. Nous étions bien dans la maison. Il a tout indiqué dans l'annonce. Le lave-vaisselle ne vide pas la tablette et ne lave pas. Les toilettes au premier étage ne fonctionnaient pas. L'enclave dans le domaine viticole permet de profiter de bonnes dégustations de vin.

Bon séjour. Balades à pied en partant du village. Grande maison idéale pour famille ou amis.

Correspond bien à l'annonce. Possibilités de visites touristiques intéressantes ( Abbaye de Fontfroide, Peyriac de mer.....)

3 Wochen Sommerfamilienurlaub XXL

Wir waren mit 2 Familien a 4 Personen in diesem tollen Haus. Top ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen in dem sehr netten Dorf Villesèque-des-Corbières. Das Haus hat alles was man brauch und ist in einem super Zustand vieles sah wie neu aus. Valerie hat sich sehr nett um alle unsere Fragen gekümmert spricht super englisch, vielen Dank dafür! Das Dorf macht sich sehr viel Mühe das es sauber und schön aussieht und es gibt viele Feste, Konzerte und Veranstaltungen, wo wir herzlich willkommen waren. 1 tolles Restaurant und eine Weinbar mit Tapas, ein Einkaufsladen und 2 Spielplätze runden das Dorfangebot ab. Am Dorfeingang kann man Obst, Gemüse und Bio Rotwein kaufen. In 10min ist man an einem herrlichem Bachlauf zum Planschen und Baden und in 35 min am schönen Strand von Leucate. Es war ein toller erholsamer Urlaub! Nous étions avec 2 familles 4 personnes dans cette grande maison. Top équipé et magnifiquement situé dans le très joli village de Villesèque-des-Corbières. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et est en très bon état. Valerie a été très gentille avec toutes nos questions et parle très bien anglais, merci pour ça! Le village s'efforce de le rendre propre et beau et il y a de nombreux festivals, concerts et événements où nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. 1 grand restaurant et un bar à vin avec des tapas, une boutique et 2 terrains de jeux complètent l'offre du village. À l'entrée du village, vous pouvez acheter des fruits, des légumes et du vin rouge biologique. En 10 minutes, vous êtes sur un magnifique ruisseau pour vous baigner et en 35 minutes sur la magnifique plage de Leucate. C'était des vacances reposantes!

Excellent séjour dans une maison spacieuse et confortable

Tout est conforme à l'annonce, la maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse, idéale pour deux familles avec enfants. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la personne qui nous a accueillis a été très cordiale et disponible. Que du + !

une authentique maison familiale

Décembre clément, dans une Jolie maison, toute prête pour accueillir notre famille. Beaucoup de places pour nous et pour tous les rangements, salles de bains en haut et en bas, avec deux chauffes eaux différents, donc tous le monde est servi. La maison est beaucoup mieux que les photos du site (actuelles) le suggèrent, donc tres bonne surprise! Le village est tres simpas, avec pleins de balades dans les Corbières, cool. On a manqué de rien, et le cas échéant Anais ou Valérie ont toujours été disponible, et on vous en remercie. à une prochaine peut-être!
