20 m² chalet with one bedroom, a sofa, and a kitchen equipped with a mini dishwasher, small fridge, and freezer. Just 4 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, you can enjoy nearby water activities and beaches. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the property’s doorstep. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. For safety reasons, children under 5 are not accepted, as the infrastructure is not suitable. Cadre reposant et déconnexion assurée !

Pros: Nous avons passé un super séjour au gite de la ferme du Marquisat. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. La présence de leurs animaux de compagnies sont un vrai petit plus.
