We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused at the beginning of your stay regarding the reservation issue. After further investigation with the homeowner, it was confirmed that the reservation had initially been overlooked due to an internal mistake on their side. Once identified, the homeowner immediately took action and arranged alternative accommodation for the guest in another property of a higher category, while personally covering the price difference to ensure the stay could continue smoothly. We appreciate the guest’s patience and understanding during this situation and are pleased that an alternative solution could be provided promptly. Your feedback has been shared internally to help avoid similar situations in the future and improve the overall guest experience.
