Salento/house with two bedrooms and a large patio on the edge of the pine forest
It is located within the Conca Specchiulla holiday resort and has free private parking for one car. Apart from one road, no vehicles circulate inside the resort.
In summer, there are organized activities, a grocery store, a bar, and a restaurant, which are closed from September to June.
By car, you can reach nearby towns (Otranto 12 km), and in summer there is also a bus and shuttle service.

The house has a large patio, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower with cold water only, free parking, a kitchenette, a living room, and a laundry area.
Other things to note
The holiday resort rules must be respected (quiet before 9:00 am, between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm, and from 10:30 pm). No parties are allowed. Smoking only outdoors.
