Patio/outdoor: no music or speakers allowed outside. Barbecue permitted with responsible use until 10:00 pm, no music or speakers outdoors. Please leave the barbecue clean after use. Supplies are provided to guests as indicated before arrival.

The property is insured. Guests are expected to care for the facilities and maintain proper cleanliness. Irresponsible use or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.
