The balcony is shared with the sister apartment “Kalfamer 22,” though both apartments have their own private areas. The living area features a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, and a dining area. The sleeper sofa can accommodate a third person. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The Kalfamer building also features a swimming pool and a sauna (coin-operated).
