Private: property 1'800 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Labin" 3 km, pebble beach 7 km. Please note: airfield 46 km from the property.
