Comfortable and inviting stayThe living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and a 49-inch smart TV. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day outdoors or to spend a pleasant evening together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes various appliances and offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
 
Through the patio door you reach the outdoor terrace with a 6-person dining table, chairs and a parasol. By the water you will also find a lounge set and two sun loungers, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views.
Further into the garden there is a cosy covered seating area with a lounge set and an adjacent storage room with a charging point for e-bikes.
 
The spacious internal storage room, accessible from outside, includes a washing machine, dryer and an additional refrigerator, providing extra convenience during longer stays.
 Two cars can be parked at the holiday home.
 

Sleeping and wellnessOn the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a private modern bathroom featuring a bathtub, vanity unit and toilet. This is ideal for guests who prefer sleeping on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway downstairs.
 
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable box-spring beds.
 
This floor also features a modern second bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.
In addition, one of the upstairs bedrooms includes a private sauna, a wonderful place to fully unwind after an active day in nature.
