Die Lage ist gut, sehr nah zum Strand. Das Haus ist allerdings für höchstens vier Personen geeignet und nicht wirklich für Aufenthalte im Winter. Wir waren im Januar zu zweit dort. Das Haus ist schlecht isoliert, verfügt nur über ein über dem Hauseingang hängendes Klimagerät und einen Holzofen, für den zum Glück viel Holz zur Verfügung stand. Die Schlafzimmer sind winzig und bieten fast gar keinen Schrankraum. Der wenige Schrankraum war großteils voll mit altem Gedöns. Handtücher und Bettwäsche können nicht dazubestellt werden, auch wenn wir von Novasol die Mitteilung bekommen haben, wir könnten das tun. Wir haben eine Anleitung z.B. für die sehr verstopfungsanfällige Toilette, für die Mülltrennung, die Klimaanlage und den Ofen vermisst, oder auch dafür, wo der Stromzähler hängt, den wir bei der Abreise ablesen sollten. In zwei der vielleicht 5m² großen Schlafzimmer ohne Sitzgelegenheit waren Fernseher, nicht jedoch im Wohnzimmer, wo wir gerne zusammen mal einen Film geschaut hätten. Im Winter ist der Wintergarten auch nicht nutzbar, denn er ist mit dem Haus nicht verbunden, sondern steht separat. Fahrräder stehen am Haus zur Verfügung. Wir haben sie witterungsbedingt nicht genutzt, schön aber, welche nutzen zu können.
