This stylish, 60 m2 holiday rental on the ground floor of a charming half-timbered house can accommodate up to four people and harmoniously combines comfort, style, and family-friendliness. With its spacious kitchen-diner—equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee and tea makers—it’s ideal for shared meals at the large dining table, which comfortably seats 6 to 8 people. For families, a wooden children’s bed and a high chair are provided. Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: one with a spacious double bed, the other with two single beds—both featuring extremely comfortable mattresses that guests have rated 9.5 out of 10. In the cosy living room, a flat-screen TV with streaming services invites you to relax. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. From a small outdoor seating area overlooking the greenery, you can enjoy peaceful moments outdoors. In addition, another idyllic outdoor seating area in the courtyard, complete with a wooden bench, chairs, and a garden table, invites you to linger. A special treat for art lovers: original watercolours hang in the apartment, which can be purchased upon request. Wi-Fi is free, and a separate entrance guarantees you maximum privacy during your stay. Holiday, living, art, and culture can all be combined, and you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy wellness at the nearby Natur Bad Rodach thermal spa. There are also many recreational activities available in the surrounding area. Gabriele Graßmuck’s studio, where watercolour classes are held, is located on the property. These classes can be booked optionally for a fee; open watercolour classes for children and adults are typically held Wednesday through Friday. Private lessons can also be arranged during your stay. The city centre area—including the market square with shops, ice cream parlours, a café, and supermarkets—is within easy walking distance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A cot and a wooden high chair are provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
