Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, café 2.3 km, bus stop 2.3 km, sandy beach 16 km pebble beach 13 km. Tennis 15 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 8 km, National park Brijuni 14 km, Nature park Rt. Kamenjak 18 km.

Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
