Tinyapartment:

The Tinyapartment Souterrain is a cozy and well-equipped retreat in a quiet and sunny location right on the beautiful Lake Faaker See. The apartment is located on the lower first floor of a residential building and has its own entrance, ensuring privacy and independence.
The apartment is designed to make the best possible use of the available space and accommodates two people. If needed, a couch can be converted into an additional sleeping space for a child.
From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Karawanken Mountains, with the majestic Mittagskogel towering over the turquoise-blue waters of the lake. This view makes your stay particularly relaxing and unforgettable.
From the covered parking area, you can access the entrance to the apartment from the outside. The entryway doubles as the kitchen, which features a small dining area. The kitchen is functionally furnished and offers all the comforts of a studio kitchen.
A door leads to the living and sleeping area. The furnishings are minimal and include a 140x200 cm bed, a pull-out couch, and a TV.
From the kitchen area, you can access the modern bathroom with a shower and sink.
The ceiling heights throughout the Tiny Apartment are slightly lower (approx. 2.1 m), but this isn’t really a problem after an eventful day at the lake when you’re looking for a place to unwind.
In front of the apartment is a large stone terrace with lounge furniture and a grill, which guests are welcome to use for a barbecue.
If this feels too small, you can reserve a spot in the greenery of the approximately 1,000 m² garden.
The private beach, which is directly adjacent to the property, is secluded and available to guests of the apartment. Beach chairs and lounge chairs are available for free use in the beach hut area.
Dogs are permitted with prior arrangement. Due to the additional cleaning required, there is an extra charge of €40.
