4th Floor waterfront view- 4bd condo, 2.5 bath, A/C, and WIFI- Salinas, Ecuador

Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building facing the Malecon, meaning you will get the amazing view of the beach from the living room/Kitchen area ! There are 2 elevators in the building. Our beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, modern appliances, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, and dishware. All bathrooms have marble tiling and flooring! Ocean views! Right in the center of Salinas!

Please be aware that during the busy season the area does get very congested and loud. If you are looking for a quiet stay during busy weeks this may not be the apartment for you. Parking is available within building (Edificio Costa Azul) . Very secure and close to many sites and restaurants. We're happy to announce that we have added air-conditioning units in all 4 bedrooms AND Wifi! The air-conditioning units will help alleviate some of the noise at night and keep the apartment cooler during those hot Salinas days.

Great location!!! Condo has all you need, location and amenities

This is a great unit to rent. Located in the heart of Salinas’ malecon! I mean you cannot get a better location, you’re located in the middle of the action. If you want to go on a boat, rent a jet ski, swim in the ocean, eat, or lounge at the beach it’s all right out the front door. As for the condo, it’s a great sized unit with three bedrooms and two baths and the living room has large windows overlooking the ocean. Also worthy of knowing is for there is A/C, WiFi, Washer / Dryer and two TVs with cable! Hope you choose this great location and unit plus that you enjoy it as much as we did.

Exellent rental and very affordable. Across the street from the beach

The rental was very affordable, excellent location, right across the street from the beach, with a great big sliding doors that open up to a beautiful beach front view. Right in the middle of the malecon. Right in the middle of all the action. Restaurants, supermarket, local arts and crafts stores, all of the beach activities you can handle are all a few minutes away at most. The apartment does not have air condition so it does get hot in the daytime. However, at night, with the windows open and the fans going, it was pleasant enough for a good night sleep. Since you are right in the middle of all the actions, there is a lot of noise at all times. You can hear music and people partying almost until 2-3 am. I am a heavy sleeper so it did not affect me much. But my wife had a little trouble with the noise. I was not a concern for me or our daughter. The place was very clean throughout. Comfortable. 4 rooms that can sleep 2 people each comfortably. Safe. Secure parking. I recommend this rental without any hesitation. I will rent again

Would not recommend in its current condition.

The view was wonderful, the location good but extremely noisey. There is a loud bar next door, which runs late into the night. This unit comes without air conditioning or ceiling fans in the livingroom or kitchen. Two of the four bedrooms did not have screens on the windows. The screen in the master bedroom and ceiling fan both functioned poorly. We came away with many bug bites. No privacy from the outside in the master bedroom as no drapes were provided. Make sure you bring toilet paper, wash cloths, beach towels, dish soap and dish cloths. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no kettle or decent pots or frying pan. On the positive side, the building was very safe and clean. The rooms were all a good size. I think that if they addressed these issues and did a little updating it could be a wonderful place to rent in the future. I would not rent this unit again as it is now.

Salinas

We had a wonderful vacation in Salinas, Ecuador. The apartment was comfortable enough but the location was in a very busy area. This resulted in some nights of little sleep as the disco next door went on till the wee hours and the traffic started early in the morning. Air conditioning would have helped so that we could have closed the windows, losing the breeze but gaining some measure of quiet. Overall good location close to restaurants and shopping.

My vacation in salinas Ecuador was wonderful, the apartment I stayed at was in a great location I could see everything from the balcony, the stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would have no problems recommending a friend to stay there.
