Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Cons: Der Check in, wir waren um 15 Uhr vor Ort und wurden sofort darauf hingewiesen das wir erst ab 16 Uhr in die Wohnung kommen. Wir kennen das so nicht, sind immer früher reingekommen. Wir durften aber schon mit dem PKW auf unseren Parkplatz und haben am Haus gewartet. Die Reinigungskräfte kamen erst um 15.35 Uhr an um.die Wohnung zu putzen. Wir sind dann um 16 Uhr hoch zur Wohnung wo die Reinigungskräfte gerade rauskamem. Wir haben uns gefragt wie man in 25 Minuten eine komplette Wohnung reinigen kann zu zweit. Auf den ersten Blick war es sauber aber in die Tiefe durfte man nicht schauen. Das Bett war kaputt was wir nach der ersten Nacht feststellen mussten. Hätten die Putzkräfte unter dem Bett sauber gemacht wäre ihnen aufgefallen, das eine Stütze gefehlt hat. Die Gardinenstange war auch lose und man musste Angst haben das sie runterkommt beim zuziehen der Vorhänge. Solche Sachen müsste den Putzkräften auffallen und sie müssten diese Dinge melden um sie beheben zu lassen.

Schöne Unterkunft - schlechtes Wetter

Pros: Die Wohnung ist geräumig, wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Balkon schön, Bad sehr schön mit Regendusche und viel Platz/Stauraum. Cons: Wir fanden die Abfertigung vor der Rezeption an der Tür unmöglich, das hat die Dame dann gemerkt. Man stellt sich nicht in den Türrahmen und fragt:"Was wollen Sie?" Wie eine lästige Fliege... Fragen und Anliegen wurden dann aber freundlich und schnell erledigt.
