Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt und wirkt noch sehr neu. Das Boxspringbett war sehr gut, die Ausstattung - wie von Kraushaar-Wohnungen gewohnt - gut. Wir waren mit 2 Personen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Küche ist sehr klein, wir haben jedoch nicht darin gekocht, daher hat es uns nicht gestört. Die Promenade ist fußläufig in 8-10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Eine sehr schöne, ordentliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Zwei Dinge sind uns

Eine sehr schöne, ordentliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Zwei Dinge sind uns jedoch wichtig anzumerken, dass es der Eigentümer oder die Verwaltung ggf. nicht weiß. Im Schlafzimmer hat es leider nach Rauch gerochen. Wir haben versucht es zu lokalisieren, vermutlich hängt der Rauch im Stoff des Bettes oder den Matratzen. Insbesondere wenn man den Raum frisch betritt, ist es deutlich wahrnehmbar. Des Weiteren hat der Durchlauferhitzer starke Schwankungen in den Temperaturen. Dennoch waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und würden sie gerne wieder buchen. Vielleicht können die beiden Anmerkungen einmal überprüft werden.
