Der Seepark ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage zum Wohlfühlen. Die Häuser stehen in einem guten Abstand zueinander, so dass genügend Freiraum besteht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und stets kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Freizeitangebot im Park und der näheren Umgebung ist sehr gut, so dass für "Jung und Alt" etwas dabei ist.
