The apartment is located on the ground floor and is allergy-friendly and smoke-free, ensuring a healthy and relaxing atmosphere. Following a complete renovation in 2024, the apartment exudes modern comfort and style. Its central location is also a major advantage; the beach and the sea are just 900 metres away, and the city centre as well as various restaurants are within easy reach. A small restaurant is just 550 metres away, ideal for a romantic dinner or a relaxed lunch.

The apartment’s amenities leave nothing to be desired. It features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, dishes, and silverware, as well as an espresso machine (Tassimo), so you can easily prepare your favourite meals or a quick snack. A dining table with plenty of space to relax rounds out the cosy living area.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and features a TV and Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected or unwind at any time.
