The heart of the home is a modern and cosy living room with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to it is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker—it has everything you could want. Additional comfort is provided by a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.
The three bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat with comfortable linens and cosy beds (depending on the room: one king-size double bed or two single beds each), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For our younger guests

The historic district of Berlin-Spandau is just about 12 minutes away. It’s ideal for day trips, sightseeing, or visiting museums. Potsdam is only about 30 minutes away by car. The beautiful and world-famous Sanssouci Palace, with its expansive grounds, is a major tourist attraction. Berlin’s famous Kurfürstendamm is also about 30 minutes away. Since the Berlin Exhibition Centre is only about 23 kilometres away, the accommodation is also ideal for trade show visitors and exhibitors.
