Stay in this cosy 2-room holiday apartment (42 m²) that sleeps up to 4 people and enjoy the stunning side view of the sea. One of two lifts takes you comfortably to the 7th floor.

The living-bedroom area, featuring a sofa and TV (internet-enabled, including pre-installed streaming apps such as Netflix, etc.), not only invites you to spend cosy hours there but also, with two single beds (2x 90x200 cm), it also invites you to drift off to sleep. A curtain provides a visual separation from the living area. In the separate kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the extendable dining table with a view of the Baltic Sea. In the bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (approx. 80x200 cm), whose sleeping surface can be comfortably extended to 160x200 cm, as well as a closet for storing your luggage. The shower room is tiled in light colours.

The highlight is the furnished balcony with a side view of our beautiful Baltic Sea. The south-facing location promises sunny hours, accompanied by the sound of the sea and the cries of seagulls. An awning provides shade when needed. In the building’s courtyard, there is a communal garden for all guests.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Bicycle storage is available. On the ground floor of the building, you can use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee). There are 2 lifts in the building.
