Ich will es mal mit einem Zitat des Vermieters versuchen:"Dessen unbenommen bleibt zu befürchten, daß wir Sie in unserem schönen Haus nicht zufrieden stellen werden können. Bitte überlegen Sie sich daher, ob zur Befriedigung Ihrer Ansprüche der Aufenthalt in einer anderen Art der Unterkunft in Aalen besser geeignet wäre.Hier kann ich Ihnen das Hotel Goldenes Lamm in Unterkochen wärmstens ans Herz legen. Dort bekommen Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels in dem man Ihnen sicherlich rund um die Uhr zur Erfüllung Ihrer Wünsche zur Verfügung steht."Tja und das, weil wir unglücklich darüber waren, dass u.a. weder der Fernseher noch das Internet funktionierten, der Check-in seine Tücken hatte und der Vermieter nur sehr schwer erreichbar war. Zum Öffnen der Tür muss übrigens zwingend die App installiert werden, ein Öffnen über die angegebene Webseite hat auf verschiedenen Telefonen nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten ist das aber ein wirklich schönes, sauberes und geräumiges Haus in dem man mit einer größeren Gruppe eine tolle Zeit verbringen kann.

Wir vermieten seit vielen Jahren Ferienhäuser und freuen uns über eine große Zahl glücklicher Stammgäste. Leider gibt es immer mal wieder Menschen, die man einfach nicht zufriedenstellen kann, egal wie.
Für die Öffnung der Tür ein Link? Leider kein Handy mit Internetzugang.
Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht? Kann er auch nicht, wenn man den Stecker aus der Steckdose zieht und mitten ins Wohnzimmer legt.
Das Internet ist aus? Leider funktioniert auch der Router nicht, wenn man das Stromkabel von der Mehrfachsteckdose entfernt.
Es bleibt uns nur, auch solchen Menschen viel Glück zu wünschen und zu hoffen, dass sie das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Das Haus befindet sich in in ruhiger Stadtlage auf der Schillerhöhe in unmittelbarer Nähe der dortigen Parkanlage. Es handelt sich um ein helles, großzügiges Wohnhaus mit reichlich Platz.
What makes this property unique
Den Eingangsbereich erreicht man über mehrere Treppenstufen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer mit Holzofen und Zugang auf die Terrasse, Küche mit Einbauküche und abgegrenztem Essbereich, Vorratsraum, Gäste-WC.
Im 1. Obergeschoss befinden sich drei große Schlafräume sowie ein kleines Zimmer, zwei Bäder und WC; im renovierten und energetisch sanierten Dachgeschoss gibt es zwei weitere große Schlafräume sowie einen Aufenthaltsbereich.
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die Sauna.
