The area offers all services within 50 metres: supermarkets, parking, international medical centre, municipal market, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is central yet quiet, thanks to its height, which reduces noise and the presence of mosquitoes. You have a parking space in the same building, with easy access by car, taxi or bus.
It features Wi-Fi, a terrace, dining area, workspace, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Everything you need for long stays is included: washing machine, oven, microwave, irons for clothes and hair, blankets, towels, complete kitchenware, among others.
