Apartment in the centre of Marbella, ideal for families or long stays. Located on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the city, it offers excellent views of the city and the mountains. You are only 5 minutes from the beach and less than 3 minutes from the old town.
The area offers all services within 50 metres: supermarkets, parking, international medical centre, municipal market, shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is central yet quiet, thanks to its height, which reduces noise and the presence of mosquitoes. You have a parking space in the same building, with easy access by car, taxi or bus.
It features Wi-Fi, a terrace, dining area, workspace, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
