Beautiful location in the Brohl Valley. Spacious apartment on 3 levels, with an unheated pool and unheated sunroom for exclusive use. A sauna with a shower. A small garden with a covered outdoor patio. A sun deck and an outdoor grill. Spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. A hiking trail starts right outside the front door. One bedroom is on the ground floor and three more are in the attic. There are 3 parking spaces to the right of the house. Children and babies are welcome. Amenities for children: There is a baby/children’s bed in one of the bedrooms in the attic. (70x140) — A stair gate for children can be provided free of charge upon request for the stairs from the ground floor to the basement, from the ground floor to the attic, and from the attic to the ground floor — A travel cot can be provided free of charge upon request — A high chair can be provided free of charge upon request - Toys can be provided free of charge upon request. We expressly point out that our house is not 100% child-proof and has some potential hazards; for example, the pool, the sauna, and a small pond directly off the patio are not child-proof, and there are no child locks on the cabinet doors, etc. Parents are responsible for their children and are required to supervise them. Guest Access In addition to the living areas, you are welcome to use our sauna and our unheated pool in the unheated sunroom. If you need a dressing gown and a towel set (including sauna infusion) per person for sauna use, you can book these in advance of your arrival. Price upon request! Our fenced-in outdoor area can also be accessed via the driveway to the right of the house entrance through a separate entrance door and is available for your full use. Additional Important Information: The property consists of two separate apartments; therefore, we ask that you be considerate of the other tenants. Parties and outside visitors are strictly prohibited.
