A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and steam function, and a bright living area with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 1–2 children) offer everything for relaxed holiday days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Brand - quiet and close to nature, with a view of the greenery. Whether skiing, hiking or golfing - your mountain experience begins right at the doorstep. And thanks to the nearby bus stop, you remain flexible while travelling, even without a car.

Tolles Apartment in funktionelles Design
Tolles Apartment. Uns haben das gut durchdachte Design, die Einrichtungen die üppigge Ausstattung und die Designsprache sehr gefallen.
Der Vorgang bei der Reservering war sehr Professionell und Effiziënt.
Duschablauf war verstopft, nach 1,5 Tage gelöst. Hätte nicht passieren sollen bei ein neues Gebäude. Es fehlt eine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche.
