Our small former farm is located between Waging and Petting on the western shore of Lake Waging. You can set out on a bike ride around Lake Waging and/or Lake Taching right from the front of the house. Our private beach, complete with a sunbathing area, a dock, and a rowing boat, is virtually one-of-a-kind and easily accessible via an underpass. The farm is currently home to a llama farm called “Lamas am Waginger See,” run by Robert Dorroch and Tanja Adam. You can book llama hikes with them at: www.lamasamwagingersee.de. The outdoor area features a fire pit for cosy evenings around the fire bowl. In the future, there will also be a “Llama Pub” serving coffee, cake, snacks, and drinks. Children are free to roam the farm grounds. Your private terrace features comfortable patio furniture and sun loungers. A garage is available for your bicycles. The destinations of Salzburg, Chiemsee, and Königssee are all within 60 minutes’ reach (Salzburg in 30 minutes, also by bike or shuttle bus).

The accommodation is located directly on Lake Waginger in the Rupertiwinkel region, about 30 km north of Salzburg. The Rupertiwinkel region is characterised by rolling hills and views of the Berchtesgaden and Chiemgau Alps. The nearest alpine pasture hike begins just 10 km away at the Stoißer Alm on the Teisenberg.
The host works during the day but can be reached by cell phone at any time and is happy to answer questions and address concerns in the evening.
