This small and cosy holiday rental, at 50 square metres, has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

The spacious living room features a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, an armchair, a TV, and a dining area with an open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, and an oven. A microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are also provided.
The refrigerator has enough space for all your groceries but does not include a freezer compartment. Thanks to the large west-facing windows, you can enjoy lovely evenings in the apartment. This area also provides access to the terrace.

The bedroom is spacious and can be reached by going down two steps through the living area. It features a double bed, a clothes rack, a chest of drawers, and a large window.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a window that lets in natural light.

The terrace faces west, where you can enjoy long, pleasant evenings.
The “Molli” narrow-gauge railway runs right past the garden—an absolute highlight, especially for train enthusiasts.
