The room, located on the 2nd floor of a typical "Angevin"-style house, is close to training centers such as UCO and ESA, as well as the Jean Bouin pool. The city center and SNCF train station are about 20 minutes away and can be reached by bus (lines 1 and 7) in under 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and offers many nearby food shops.
