On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, a dining area with a table for 8 people, and shared gym equipment. A cot and high chair are available upon request.



Outside, you can enjoy a private pool and several outdoor areas: a private covered terrace, two private uncovered terraces, and three private balconies with mountain views. The dining area opens onto the backyard with sun loungers, and the private barbecue allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. The gym area connects directly to the pool area for your convenience.



On-street parking is available and shared. Events are not allowed on the property. The villa is just a short walk from one of the island's most elegant and famous ports, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Port d'Andratx features an elegant marina with a yacht club and a long promenade, and the villa's proximity to the beach makes it easy for you to access coastal activities.
