Brand new flat with 3 bedrooms in the Riverside house

The old Hotel Astoria was completely renovated in 2022/23 and equipped with beautiful flats. The location of House Riverside is very central, it is only a 200m walk to the Alpin Express cable car. The village square with the church is also only a 5-minute walk away.



The flat is on the 3rd floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms each have a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Thus, the flat offers space for 8 people, ideal for families with children. 1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC/washbasin. The other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom with shower/WC/washbasin. The living room is furnished in a beautiful, luxurious chalet chic style with lots of wood. The fireplace rounds off this chalet atmosphere just as perfectly as the reading corner by the large windows. In the living room you will also find the open, top modern kitchen. There is also a practical washing tower in the flat.



From the living room and also the master bedroom you have an exit to the east-facing balcony. A private ski locker belongs to the flat.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, modern eingerichtet mit genügend Platz! Die vorhandenen Küchenmesser taugen nichts (und das ist nicht übertrieben). Die Küchenmesser ersetzen wäre dringend angebracht. Wäre toll, TV könnte CH-Sender ohne irgendein Abo bereitstellen.
