Outside, you will find a private garden in front of the building, perfect for lunches and dinners in the warm season. Two private balconies offer additional outdoor space for relaxation.



Parking is available free of charge on the street in front of the property. Up to two pets are allowed. Events or parties are not permitted on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside, and you are required to separate waste for recycling.
