Villa Gelsi with Pool near Pesaro

Surrounded by beautiful nature, Villa Gelsi is the perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Located among the gentle hills of Marche, in Pozzo Alto near Pesaro, just 10 minutes from the motorway and 2 minutes from Tavullia, it offers privacy and tranquility, with a large garden, swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 31), centuries-old trees, and green lawns.



The villa is spread over three floors:

• Attic: living room with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed, kitchen/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.

• First floor: living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 5 balconies.

• Tavern: living room with double sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, billiard room, and fitness area.



Outside, you will find a large garden, spacious pool with outdoor shower, a big gazebo, and barbecue for outdoor meals and aperitifs.



The villa is divided into 3 separate apartments and can accommodate up to 18 guests. It is ideal for parties, graduations, birthdays, bachelor parties, meetings, even for just one day.



The villa is especially suitable for several families wishing to share a holiday. Enjoy billiards in the tavern, stay fit in the fitness area, have delicious dinners at the barbecue, and relax under the gazebo with a breathtaking view. The space is bright, spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample parking.



Large windows offer panoramic views of the hills, and the bedrooms are cozy and quiet for maximum rest.



There are 4 bathrooms with showers, one also with a bathtub. Bed linen and towels included. Pets allowed (up to 2–3). Events available on request.
