On the penthouse level, 69 m² of modern living comfort and a stylish ambiance await you—perfect for two adults and, if desired, two children as well. Ideal if you want to enjoy peace, light, and authentic coastal charm. Completed at the end of September 2025, this holiday home is now opening its doors to you for the very first time.

The bright living area combines contemporary design with high-quality amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light and lead directly out to the large rooftop terrace—your spot for sunbathing and ocean views. In the open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: modern appliances, including an induction cooktop, a convection oven, and a dishwasher, invite you to enjoy cosy evenings in the kitchen. Whether it’s a sunny breakfast or a lovely dinner with a view of the sea—here you’ll enjoy truly relaxing moments. 

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and blackout options—perfect for restful nights. Harmonious colours and the tasteful decor create a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, the living area features a sleeper sofa (140 × 200 cm) that can accommodate two children or one adult.

Your private wellness area awaits you: A modern sauna and a spacious, walk-in shower turn every day of your holiday into a day of relaxation. Whether after a walk on the beach or a bike ride—here you can recharge your batteries and pamper yourself completely.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

Contactless check-in via a key safe and a private parking space right next to the building ensure your comfort. You can access the apartment barrier-free via the lift. You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed, which includes e-bike charging stations. A washing machine is also available at any time—ideal for longer stays.

**Location & Surroundings**
The apartment is located on the top floor with a large terrace offering a view of the Marienleuchte lighthouse on Fehmarn and the Baltic Sea—just 100 metres from the water. A quiet location between the lighthouses, with ocean views and a short distance to Burg and Burgstaaken.
