Apartment on the 2nd basement floor with kitchenette and conservatory

The apartment is located on the second basement level and features a small hallway leading to the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, and the living/sleeping area with a double bed. From there, you can access both the kitchenette—equipped with a refrigerator, two hob burners, a small oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, and other essentials—and the sunroom, which features a corner bench, a couch, and a TV. The kitchenette and dining table feature exclusive granite worktops. The sunroom offers direct access to the terrace and parking area and is heated. The beds are made; we provide hand and bath towels, which are included in the price. A bread roll service or breakfast is available upon request for an additional fee. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 3.00 euros/day for adults, 1.60 euros/day for children ages 6–15
