Welcome to Casa Fortuna—your lovingly furnished, newly renovated holiday rental in Gravedona on Lake Como.

The apartment is located right on the lakefront, on the second (top) floor of a well-maintained building. No through traffic, no street—just peace, light, and the lake.

With 80 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a modern bathroom, a cosy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, air fryer, washing machine, coffee maker, and dishes provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.

From the balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, you can enjoy views of the lake—perfect for breakfast in the sun or evenings with a glass of wine.

Wi-Fi, TV, towels, bed linens, books, and games are included.
A workspace is also available.

The basement has space for bicycles and SUPs—you can launch your board right in front of the house.
Parking is available right at the house and 50 metres away.

A supermarket, bakery, butcher, and restaurants are right next door; the ferry is only 50 m away, and the beach is about 200 m away.
