Cozy vacation apartment to feel good 65 sqm - with a wonderful mountain view

Our newly renovated vacation apartment, located on the first floor, welcomes our guests with a bright, lovingly designed atmosphere and a breathtakingly beautiful mountain view. We placed great emphasis on sustainability in the interior design—many elements have been creatively reimagined using old materials, creating a unique, soothing ambiance.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from the train station in the direction of Munich and Kufstein.
Raubling offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options.
Our vacation rental is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities, such as hiking, summer tobogganing, paragliding, mountain biking or road cycling, water sports, as well as skiing, snowboarding, and sledding.
In addition, there are numerous cultural attractions, such as Herrenchiemsee Palace and the Rosenheim Locomotive Shed.
The perfect location for those who love to relax and explore: The A8 or A93 is just a few minutes away—and thus only an hour from Munich, Salzburg, or Innsbruck. Rosenheim is about 15 minutes away, and the Sudelfeld ski area is just 20 minutes away.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und zugleich äusserst praktisch eingerichtet.In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um gut kochen zu können.Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber und es macht Spaß sich dort aufzuhalten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Strasse (direkt vor dem Haus) wird relativ wenig befahren. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und man kommt bei eventuellen Fragen sehr gut ins Gespräch. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadtmitte von Raubling, auch zu Fuß. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind enorm. Ob Wandern, Schwimmen oder Shoppen für jede Idee gibt es viele Varianten. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön und man kann hier zu dritt gemütlich nach einem Tag draussen entspannen.Wir können zusammenfassend diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.Es hat uns dort äusserst gut gefallen! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Super sauber, kreativ eingerichtet und ein toller Kontakt. Es war alles bestens! Der Standort in Raubling ist sehr gut zu erreichen und zentral zu vielen Sehenswerten Spots. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
