This one-room apartment is located on the 7th floor, at the far end of the building, and offers a beautiful view of Lake Großer Segeberger See.
The apartment can accommodate 2–3 people.
Upon request, a parking space can be booked for €4.00 per night.
For the Karl May Festival, check-in on Sundays is possible as early as 1:00 p.m.!
The spa and wellness area is located at the Vitalia Seehotel and can be used for a fee.
The apartment is located about 30 minutes from Lübeck and is very easy to reach via the A20.
Visitors to the Christmas market in Lübeck will find plenty to enjoy, and those who prefer a smaller, cosier atmosphere should visit the Christmas market in Bad Segeberg. 
Citti Park or Lübeck’s Old Town is always worth a visit.
The beautiful view over the large Segeberg Lake offers unforgettable moments to unwind from everyday life. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers everything your heart desires.
Scharbeutz and Timmerndorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea are about 35 minutes away from the holiday rental. In the summer, the Karl May Festival—which attracts nearly 450.000 visitors each year—is definitely worth a visit!
For cyclists, hikers, rowers, or horseback riders, the apartment is a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet after a day of activity.
It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Centre in Neumünster, which is also easily accessible via Highway 205.

The apartment features a furnished balcony with a lake view.
The combined living room/bedroom features a box-spring bed (160x200 cm), a table with 2 chairs, a wardrobe, and a sofa that sleeps one person (140x200 cm). The large internet-enabled TV allows you to use your own streaming services.
The kitchenette, separated by a door, includes a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Tea towels are also provided.
Additional amenities:
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, game collection, wool blankets.



On-site costs: Towels and bed linens are included; one-time final cleaning fee of 35.00 €; parking 4.00 € per night. The Vitalia Seehotel’s wellness and spa area is available for a fee. 



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
